Covell on the Promenade

An amazing apartment with modern amenities and unbeatable bang for your buck. Large parking garage for residents. Has a pool, hot tub, club house, and a 2-story gym. Amazing location right next to Westminster City Park and walking distance to an AMC, bowling alley, Dave & Busters, and many restaurants.

Only downside is that it is a 20-30 minute drive from campus. This makes it difficult since most of your classmates will be living and hanging out in Boulder.
