A bit pricey but worth it
I have a 3 minute walk to campus which is ideal. Parking and gym membership are available but not included which increases the price a bit. But having a place within 10 mins or less walking distance is a huge plus. Also I find that my one bed one bath is pretty roomy; I probably could have gone with a studio. Washer and dryer also included which is key!

G3 is the place to be
Extremely close to the law school and brand new. Block and a half from Kirkwood as well.

Review
Phenomenal place to live. Electricity is low and maintenance requests are filled quickly. However, how much it cost is the kicker. The one downside is it is very difficult to sublease in the summer
