G3 Apartments

I have had a very positive experience living here. The management answers in a timely manner, maintenance comes quickly, and the property is well kept. The units are also very new and comfortable for living alone. Property is walkable to the law school, Kirkwood, and the downtown area. The only caveats to living here is it’s expensive and there are few to no amenities. I think the proximity to campus outweighs these, but it is something to consider if those things matter to you.

Expensive, but quiet and close to campus/Kirkwood. A lot of law students live here which I like. Maintenance and management is pretty responsive. Some issues with package theft. No elevator.

Despite the high cost of rent, a very nice place to live. 1 bedroom and main area is very spacious. The apartment complex is very quiet, perfect for law students and the door requires a key fob. Also great location, 5 minutes away from the law school.

I have a 3 minute walk to campus which is ideal. Parking and gym membership are available but not included which increases the price a bit. But having a place within 10 mins or less walking distance is a huge plus. Also I find that my one bed one bath is pretty roomy; I probably could have gone with a studio. Washer and dryer also included which is key!

Extremely close to the law school and brand new. Block and a half from Kirkwood as well.

Phenomenal place to live. Electricity is low and maintenance requests are filled quickly. However, how much it cost is the kicker. The one downside is it is very difficult to sublease in the summer
