Great value

GREAT PRICE! Electric was $60 in the fall, $120 in the winter, $14 for water, $25 for Comcast Internet + Cable. 7 minutes from radiology.
Quiet but also isolated from others (good for studying).

The apartment is very "basic", very spacious but not very well laid out. Overall more than enough for one person. Will likely move next year to a place that's better equipped
