Excellent Housing
Everyone is welcoming and nice. Maintenance guys are super chill and get to work fast if issues arise. Management has been very welcoming and straight forward with everything. Parking is abundant.

Great for the price
The apartment location is great and the maintenance team is really great. Rent is paid online and there is a $2 online fee which makes it really annoying. The area is safe

Great apartment!
I love this apartment. It has been a pleasure. There is plenty of room and light and the rent is really cheap. It is also really close to the Stratford campus.

Good
I like the apartment. The neighbors are nice. The location is pretty. The management staff is decent at communication. However, I do have complaints: When I first arrived, the apartment was infested with drain flies. It took awhile to get this under control. There are also a few closet doors that do not open easily. The pipes also make random loud noises.

Pretty good!
The apartment was newly renovated, so all of the kitchen and bathroom appliances, carpet, and cabinetry were completely new. There’s a lot of closet space inside the bedrooms and in the hallways, which is really great. If we submit a maintenance request, that’s taken care of pretty quickly. Only major issue are the bugs (we think crickets?) that come through the vents - mainly in the living room, but sometimes in the bedrooms.
