Biggest perk is proximity to campus

Living in close proximity (a quick 10-minute walk) from campus is the biggest perk. It is VERY expensive to live here, but the amenities are beautiful (heated salt-water pool, jacuzzi, brand new gym, movie theatre, business center) and it is situated right on the riverwalk. But it also comes along with many down-sides including loud college students/parties (you have to report them 3 times for something to be done), and terrible/unreliable wifi in the downstairs areas (including gym, pool, meditation garden). I live on the street side and bright, street lights shine into my bedroom, and I can hear the cars/parties/fights/conversations happening on parker street. I truly do not feel that the amenities are worth the price, the only factor keeping me here is proximity to campus.
