It’s pretty nice

Very nice apartment. Anytime I submit a maintenance request it’s handled promptly. They do food trucks every Thursday and a breakfast club the first Friday of every month. They also host community events.

Downside is this neighborhood is going downhill and they raised my rent over $200/month at my lease renewal.

I like it here.

Apartment is nice. Maintenance has been quick to resolve any issues. The gym & pool are available 24/7. Pool is heated. It’s about a 15-20 min drive depending on traffic.
