The Retreat at Speedway

I really enjoy living at The Retreat at Speedway and have been here since I started law school (I’m a 3L now). It’s been a great place to live during school because the community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

The leasing office is very responsive, and I’ve never had to wait more than a day or two for any repairs or maintenance requests. The staff are friendly and professional, and they always make sure things are taken care of quickly.

The property is a little older, so some of the amenities are not brand new, but everything is kept in good condition and works well.

The location has also been really convenient. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute drive to campus depending on traffic, and it’s a straight shot down Speedway, which makes commuting simple. The area around the complex has everything I need, including restaurants, grocery stores, and bigger stores like Walmart.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend The Retreat at Speedway to other students or anyone looking for a quiet, well-managed place to live in Tucson.

It's right next to running path. Everything needed is within 10 minutes.
