Douglas Arms Apartments Review

For an studio apartment across campus, it is not really expensive. However, the building is really old. The heater doesn’t work most of the time; hot water just stays hot for 5 minutes; at night the surroundings are really dark, so it is a little scary; I had a package stole from door once; there is only two washers for all the apartments, and they are not always working; the management does not stay in the building, so you need to go find her in the building that she lives, but she has been really helpful every time.
