Decent place

Location is good. Maintenance is decent (they respond, eventually). Having parking is nice but my spot is pretty far from my unit and it’s much closer to park on the road.

Great location, staff, amenities

I love Vizcaya. My major complaint is the price. Other complexes in town have similar rent but include utilities/internet/cable. After pet rent and W/S/T billback, we're close to $1,350/mo, which does not include internet or electric. Still, the apartments are lovely. The amenities (dog run, pool, hot tub, gym, billiards, tennis, volleyball, basketball) are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's just a 10-min drive from campus. I've been here three years and really enjoyed it!
