Safe and quiet community

This is a great community for medical students. It has an older population, so it is calm and quiet. There is sufficient space for a single tenant if you plan to live alone. Management is also fantastic. They are quick to answer questions and respond to maintenance calls quickly.

Olde Towne

Great apt - just be aware they will raise rent every time you renew your lease (mine increased by ~$75/mo the first time & then another $90/mo the next year) Some other residents I know there had smaller increases in rent, closer to $30-$60.
I would recommend signing a 2 year lease if you choose to move there so it keeps your rent the same price the entire time.
Also, If you get a unit near the back of the complex (building 5 or newer buildings), you will hear the cars from the interstate, but you get used to it overtime and is like a white noise.

Safe and Friendly Environment

Old Towne is a great community to be apart of. The managers of the property are very nice and are always ready to help. Maintenance also responds to issues in a timely manner and the property is very safe. It is also convenient that many UKCOM Bowling Green Students live in this apartment complex as well.

Olde Towne

Quiet and clean complex, apartments are new, thick walls (I rarely hear my neighbors unless they’re really shouting at the top of their lungs)

Pretty good

Pretty nice apts, just a little too pricey. I would sign a 2 year lease at the start to prevent your rent from going up after the first year. Otherwise, they will continue to raise your rent every year
