Cozy Concord Studio
I have really enjoyed my studio. The space is big enough for my belongings, a bed, a desk, a litterbox for my cat, bookshelves, etc. I have a closet that is pretty sizable and seems to fit all my clothes. There is an A/C unit in the apartment so no need to worry about setting one up. I hardly see/hear my neighbors- mostly everyone keeps to themselves. There are families and older individuals which makes me feel more comfortable too. Parking is included but you can pay extra for covered parking. My cat is $25/month and that gets put into the total amount of rent I pay. There is also an outdoor pool in the summers and a year-round gym in the complex.
