Downtown Concord is great! My unit was next door to Fellowship Housing, but I had no issues. This building is probably as walkable as you can get in Concord.
The building does not provide parking, but the lot is owned by a business across the street that allows tenants to park for free from 4pm-7am. Keep reading

We haven't interacted with the neighborhood much, but we've had no issues with the neighbors. We also haven't had any safety concerns and it feels safe at night.

Sometimes hard to find parking in our lot because people going downtown will use it. Usually there’s nearby paid street parking available.

I live downtown so I have a lot of access to stores and places to eat. Some sketchy people walking around, but never felt unsafe to the point I am scared. Very close to the school which is a plus.

I'm on the corner of Warren right next to the police station. Crime is unlikely within view of the cops.

Downtown Concord is great, but so is White Park. It is not worth the 2x rent I'm paying.
