100 Prince

I’ve lived in Athens more than four years now and this is the best living experience I have had. The apartment is still pricey but the location is great, the apartment itself is very new and clean and has had no issues (like broken appliances, etc), and the management has been very responsive and kind. It’s in a safer part of downtown Athens and there are hardly any undergraduate students living here, and we have had no disturbances. It’s the perfect place for being a law student and needing peace and quiet if the budget is in your range!
