Love this apartment complex.
- Great location: 15 minute walk to Correll Hall and 10 minute walk from downtown.
- Parking: Parking deck with plenty of spots plus guest parking available
- Management: very friendly and super responsive. most maintenance requests solved in less than an hour.
- Space: A little on the small side, but very nice units
- Price: On the expensive side for Athens
- Amenities: no gym or pool. You're paying for the location

It's a great location to the point that I didn't want to move. This is my second year but there are no amenities. We pay a premium for the location and it's worth it in my book but it is expensive.

Great apartments with the best location in Athens. Within walking distance to all that downtown Athens offers.

Location was super important to me. I wanted to live close to campus and downtown. The place is extremely pricey for the amenities that are included (not many). However, the location makes up for it. The number one thing for me is convenience and I'm willing to pay more for that.

This place is fabulous!
My husband and I have been here for a week and a half. The apartment is fantastic. Walkable to everything. Wonderfully maintained. Clean. Bright. Safe. Quiet. Parking is great. Karen was fantastic to work with as we settled in. And one of the best parts is maintenance. Brent takes pride in the property and shows up quickly to fix even the tiniest non-urgent requests. He's the best I have ever seen. Love this place and would highly recommend.

Quiet and Close Enough to Downtown
I walk to class every day which isn't a burden. Neighbors are generally grad students or young adults. Parking is never an issue. Management is friendly enough and hasn't yet proven to be incompetent.

Quiet and good location
Good place for young professionals or grad students. Do be aware that there are no traditional amenities, like a gym or pool. However, there is a grocery store, nail salon, and some restaurants on the property.
