Solid
It is not within walking distance of anything/no sidewalks, so you have to drive everywhere. And you will be far from most of your classmates. Those are really my only complaints. I have been living here for 2 and half years. Pretty good location otherwise above, safe, spacious, rent did not increase, maintenance responds quickly to issues, I got a pet after moving in and no one has asked about a pet fee for 2 years *shrugs*

EXCELLENT
The apartment is great and management has been very nice. The only real drawback has been the cigarette smoke smell. Smoking is allowed in the residences, and the previous tenant was a smoker. Eventually, I got rid of the cigarette smell with an air purifier and frequently kept the windows open. However, I occasionally smell it upon walking into my apartment (I think the smell is coming from the neighbors, but my unit has its own central air HVAC system).
