Latitude 37 on The Lake

I absolutely love living at Latitude 37! The property is very quiet and secluded in a very nice neighborhood. There isn't much traffic that goes by or much noise made outside throughout the day which is nice when trying to study. Additionally, the complex itself is very quiet with many of the residents not being students so you won't have to worry about parties being thrown on the weekends or anything like that. The complex is about a 10-20 minute drive to campus depending on the traffic but I like being a little bit farther away from campus. The unit is very well updated and pretty much brand new. They also are very spacious and have a ton of storage throughout the unit. Maintenance requests are usually resolved within a few hours and I have always had everything fixed the same day. The office staff are super nice, quick to respond, and very easy to work with. I don't have enough good things to say about this complex and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Clean, quiet, and safe

I have loved living at Latitude 37. My apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage and natural sunlight. All the appliances are nice and the management is very responsive. I also love all the amenities including the pool and gym. I feel very safe and the neighborhood is quiet. Only about a 10 min drive to campus.

New apartment complex with a mixed population (old and young). All new appliances and cabinetry. Nice layout and amenities.

Great experience so far, everything is nice and new, townhomes and apartments with attached garages available, lots of parking for guests, nice amenities including gym, dog park, pool overlooking lake, free car wash area opening soon
