Convenient location and great for studying

My apartment has been great for law school. It provided the perfect place to study and focus on school while also being within walking distance of many coffee shops and restaurants. Getting to the school is easy from this location.

Great Place to Live But Pricy

I love my apartment. It is small compared to the price. However, it is pet friendly and there are a lot of amenities included with the property. Also, the management is very responsive and repairs are always handled quickly.

Overpriced, cheaply renovated, nice location.

I was told I'd get a TV, I didn't. They had a very bad property manager when I signed on, but the new person they got seems to be on top of things. The building is a classic "cheap and fancy" remodel. I wanted to live here because it was downtown, but it doesn't really matter. I pay too much for rent. The walls are extremely thin.

Apartment Review

It's a great apartment building within walking distance of the downtown area and 5 minutes of the law school. The only issue I have come across with this building is the parking. There is no reserved parking and sometimes is difficult to find a spot and need to park on the street.
