Tanyard Condominiums
I've lived at Tanyard for 3.5 years now. I'd definitely recommend it-- the location is great and it has always felt safe to me. I walk to campus so I don't have to pay for a parking pass. My rent is $750 and I usually spend $50 a month on utilities. Joiner Management owns most of the units and they may charge a little more for rent. They aren't fancy units, but definitely nice and well-maintained. The only con is that the upstairs bedrooms are not adequately air conditioned or insulated, so it can get really hot or really cold.

Decent Student Townhouse
Pros: Spacious, speedy maintenance, pets allowed, washer/dryer included, good location (15 min walk to law school, 5 min walk to restaurants on Baxter).
Cons: Pretty old unit, creaky floors, appliances and counters need to be updated.
Lived here for 2 years (my roommate has been here for 4). We really like it and I would continue living here if I pursued more education at UGA.
