I would not live here as a graduate student
The apartment complex is very nice aesthetically. There are very few maintenance issues and the complex is very well-kept. The issue is not the complex but the undesirable people it attracts. The complex does not provide optimum security and as a result, there are broken windows, and stuff gets stolen from cars and apartments. I have personally been attacked by random “locals” on two separate occasions and have had the police over to the apartment several times. I’m 6’5”, 205lb and an athlete so take that into account. On top of that, if you await a nice place to relax that’s quiet, live somewhere els. This is Greek life central and the residence are the most obnoxious, belligerent, and self-conscious people I’ve ever met. There are definitely other places that are gated and that have far fewer issues. And for way cheaper than $700 a month.

okay i guess
i'm roomates with 4 undergrads. Has been loud and active. Would be ideal if I was personally in undergrad but it's currently less ideal for law school.
