Great Place to Live
Location is fantastic on Henderson, putting you in the heart of the Dallas social scene while also being just a roughly 10 minute drive from campus. The Henderson feels very safe considering the night life nearby, and it's not too noisy either. The complex seems to be occupied mostly by young professionals, and while rent can be a bit expensive, it seems fairly priced for the area. The floor plans are pretty spacious for the most part, and management has been very responsive to the few maintenance requests I've had.

The Henderson - Perfect location!
Walking distance from bars and restaurants on Henderson Ave (which results in it being noisier on the weekends). Management is very responsive and helpful. Upgraded apartments seem to be much nicer than the older version (which is what I am currently in). Dog park located on the property, as well as a gym and pool (very nice, but lots of shade).
