The Flats at Tioga
The Flats was built in either 2020 or 2021. So it was essentially newly-built while I stayed there. The staff is fairly attentive to your needs. The staff is also professional. The amenities are top-notch: pool, clubhouse. No gym but that's ok because I would simply go to the UF gym if necessary. The neighbors are quiet. It's new construction so there is no mold or mildew. The rent is reasonable: $1,450/mo [includes no utilities] for a 10-month lease. It's about 30 minutes from campus so the drive is a bit long but for what you get when you get home, it's worth it. The staff did access my apartment once and LEFT THE DOOR UNLOCKED afterward. That was a major error, but I have not had the time to notify them until now. I'll do it after I write this review. Otherwise, a very good experience with the Flats.
