Expensive but new

I wasn’t really sure what I was getting into when I moved to Gainesville, and I just went with whatever was available. It’s really nice to live in such a new building, but it’s sort of Gainesville luxury. Like the newness is nice and the finishes are nicer than most, but there’s definitely some areas where they cut corners (e.g. patio door has a few small gaps, baseboard paint is a little sloppy). In theory it’s a little further from campus than most, but in reality afternoon traffic equalizes the commute with most people around Archer Road. I also like the neighborhood for being a little quieter and suburban than those near campus.
