Great!

I really like everything about my apartment. The management is kind and responsive, the complex is very quiet and older, and my place is clean and well-maintained. My only issue, that is significant to me, is that there is no in-unit laundry. Genuinely, having no im-unit laundry is such an annoying aspect of the property.

Maintenance is a joke

This is my 5th and last year living here. 10 days without A/C in July, and no one has even bothered to investigate yet. My previous worst complex took a week at most, with a single maintenance worker. If anything takes longer than a week then they should think to at least communicate why. And, of course, they refuse to reimburse if I hire a company to fix their junk. Unless you want to enjoy sweating at home in the Florida summer heat and humidity, I would look elsewhere.
