Great Management & Unique Space
This apartment building has pretty large spaces and so many of the apartments have tall, loft ceilings with lots of light. I had a problem in my last apartment in the same building because there was some issue with noise, but I think it was unique to that specific apartment — so I would just be sure to visit and take a look before you rent. The property management company has always been fantastic and they are super pet friendly.

Cool building & great management co
Building is an old school renovated to loft apartments, such a cool place to live. Helix has been great so far and is very communicative about what is going on and responsive to concerns, they are very pet friendly, and maitenance has always responded within one day. I have had a problem with noise in my apartment, but most others in the building do not. Every apartment is set up differently so be sure to tour before you rent.

Affordable, well-maintained, and pet friendly
The Clark School Lofts is a converted elementary school with industrial-style apartments and high ceilings. Apartments are affordably priced, and the building is clean and promptly maintained... any maintenance issue I have had has been resolved on that day. The building is pet-friendly, and most residents have dogs so you do often hear barking. It's a convenient area, and you do sometimes hear gunshots, but that's just city living. The parking lot is gated and free with code access.
