Good but can be better
The apartment is very good for its locatoion and almost every room with window can enjoy the sunshine.
However, one room is too small without enough sunshine, and its bathroom is too big (I don't know why this design exist).
Also, some utility and facility is a little old but good funtioning, thought some of them may be inconvenient or bothering.
And it's pity that the rent doesn't include the eletricity, gas or internet cable fee.
