Great apartment!
I am going on my 3rd year of living in my apartment and it's great! Management is super responsive to any requests and it's in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to Tower Grove Park and all of the shops and restaurants on South Grand. Relatively quiet place, only 12 units across the 2 buildings. Laundry is shared in the basement but I have never had an issue where the machines weren't available.

Apartment Review
Overall the unit is great. There isn't a lot of storage but I have been able to get creative with it to make it work for me. More natural light would be great, but it is manageable. The location is excellent, which makes the minor inconveniences about the apartment worth it. It's very close to Tower Grove Park so I can take afternoon walks almost every day. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby if I wanted to walk and grab a bite to eat and I am only about a 10 minute drive to the law school.
