Nice place on a budget

Really nice houses, very big, however not in the safest area, potential shootings down the street, but that happens everywhere in south bend. Right by eddy street and trader joes which is VERY nice.

Great facilities within budget

The apartment is nice with all the utilities that you would need. Management is responsive and maintenance is done on time. If you don't have a car then the bus stop is right in front.
