It’s been good, great for price, moving in was tough

Terrible management
The apartment complex signed up more leases than the place could accommodate. They randomly canceled my lease, did not inform me about that until I reached the place with my luggage and kept me in a shabby room and kept threating to throw me out unless I pay a rent much higher than was in my agreement

Bad Place to Live
They are great people, very nice. But they are so lost, they cannot communicate anything, and the internet is unusable, said it was going to be fixed in early September, but almost 2 months later with unusable internet.

Very good - Campus court
Overall, it has been a good experience. However, sometimes I have pest problems and have to report to get it fixed.
Occasionally, my neighbor plays loud music.
Does not happen often, but sometimes maintenance is slow to respond to your request

Campus Court Review
It’s a good place, if you make your apartment homely. However, the mgt make a lot of promises that take forever to be fulfilled. There was promise of a pool yet all we have is a hole with blue tiles and green algae. The promised gym was supposed to be a huge space, however it is no bigger than a cubicle. The road has major potholes and there’s been a promise of repairs for the last 2 months.

Review
It's a fully equipped apartment. Furniture is in quite good condition. The complex is very close to Martin market and some other restaurant, suitable for people without a car to shop.

Not sure what this means
It's done its job for me. Wifi was an issue at the beginning of the school year but it is now fixed.
Utilities have been significantly increasing for my two other roommates and myself. Now that it is winter time we just paid about $150 in utilities/electricity

Campus Court Review
I've lived at Campus Court for two years now and it's generally a great complex. It's within walking distance to campus and mostly students live here. The rent is a little expensive but the apartment is furnished, newly renovated, and my 1b/1b is quite large (especially compared to friends' apartments in other complexes). Pets are allowed for $25 extra/month and I've had no problems having my pet here. It feels safe here and I've never had any problems. Management has generally been very responsive to issues I've had. However, unlike some other complexes around campus, this isn't exclusively for grad students so the undergrads can be a little loud, especially on weekends and game days.

Great
Positives:
1. The apartment is a walking distance to campus.
2. Facilities are clean and functioning properly.
3. Property Managers are responsive to needs and challenges are resolved within the shortest possible time.
4. The environment is properly maintained.
5. There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
1. Room mates assigned to you may not be organized and neat. It will be prudent to get your own room mates.
2. The swimming pool is not functioning.
3. Electricity bills are usually high during the winter.
