Mathis Athens Review
Mathis was great! It's great for pet owners, since buildings are only 3 stories. The location is great (except for occasional traffic on Lumpkin). I wish there were more amenities, but the management has been awesome and super responsive. Mathis is also on a UGA bus route, which is super convenient if you don't want to drive to class every day.

I've loved living here, but the rent is going up a lot next year (to a point where I don't know if I'd pay for it if I was staying).
Great location, clean building/surrounding areas.
