Thumbs Up for Arlington Townhomes
Arlington Townhomes has the convenience of Pavilion without feeling like your living in either a dorm room or a hotel, plus it saved me actually thousands of dollars. I park immediately outside my front door and have a convenient little fenced in yard for my dog. I spent all 3 years here and was really satisfied. It's not luxury but it's nice for the price.

Good place to live
They do a good job at maintaining the facilities. Rent doesn't go up a ton. Lots of space.

Meh
Pretty outdated, no dishwasher, tub/shower is really weird. Internet is fast. Management company kinda suck and it wasn’t cleaned when I moved in. I’ll be moving.

Adequate Living Arrangement
Arlington Park's biggest benefit is its proximity to the school. I'm in 2102, which is older than the apartments in 2104 and 2106. It's close to people in Pav and Barracks, too, which is nice. Management is responsive when you contact them with maintenance issues, but they are not at all flexible in working with the terms of the lease (subletting, misunderstandings of payment obligations, etc. -- but that's a given with a management company, vs. a personal landlord). I wouldn't live here if it wasn't a five-minute walk from school. But it's cheaper than Pav (but still way overpriced for any value other than location) and easier to get into than Jeffersonian, so it's fine. No fancy amenities. But the backyard is nice if you have a pet. Only had one package opened, but they didn't steal it, which I guess was considerate (probs didn't know how they'd sell a fed income tax textbook).
