Housing is just fine, but price is good
The property is very old and things are constantly breaking. Maintenance does come and fix things, but sometimes it takes a while for them to get to the request or multiple tries to fix the problem. Our ceiling flooded due to the shower on the second floor 3 times before maintenance actually figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it. However, the property is pretty cheap for the amount of space you get, the walls are fairly well sound-proofed, and its in a good location (close to the dairy market and 10-15 minute walk to campus & the corner). There is also an apartment gym and clubhouse that you have access to, which is nice in a pinch.

Great location, price, and space. The property itself is old and worn down, and things do break. Maintenance is not the most responsive, but they do eventually fix everything.

Would recommend
The apartment is quiet, maintenance is responsible, and I feel safe. It includes a patio, in/unit laundry (for some units), a dishwasher, a gas stove, access to a pool, a dog park, and ample parking. It’s not walkable to the law school, but the drive is short.
