Fine for me

Not great but great location and it meets my needs. would love a dish washer and laundry in the building

324 E. Jefferson

The property management company is staffed by nice people but they're terrible. Everything is in poor repair--and they definitely don't care to make it anything more than legally habitable. The unit itself is pretty good with lots of space, well-located, quiet.
