Living in a house - good experience with qualifiers
If you want to pay low rent in Ann Arbor, you either need to live far from campus or live with several roommates...generally speaking. Living in a house with several others is a good way to compromise. Typical tradeoffs to consider with that. A few more things to consider: parking situation if you're bringing a car, socialization expectation (are you and your roommates on the same page about hosting MBA social events?), and walking proximity to Ross.

It is a great place to live, always has activities going on but can find a quiet place if you need to study. Good mix of MBA1s and MBA2s.
