Distinctly average
The apartment itself is okay, but the management is lacking. They tried to charge me money to come and get a dead rat out of my property, even though they were leaving the front door to the building cracked open because they didn’t want to bother to fix the electronic lock on the door. Incidentally, the front door that is supposed to be locked and unlocked with a key fob has been broken for months now with no signs of fixing it. The bathtub in the apartment always fills with water while taking a shower, and the company always comes out and says it’s fixed, but they never actually fix it. The sink in the bathroom has had a drip since the day I moved in; thank goodness I pay a fixed water fee.
I think the building is nice, quiet, and cozy, but if you need help from the management company, don’t get your hopes up.
