Living at Bellevue
I have enjoyed my time here. Maintenance is prompt when there are any issues, and they are respectful of your space. Management communicates well about any information - from shoveling snow to indicating when there will be anyone in the apartment for any reason (maintenance, tours, etc.). There is a lot of storage, and decent heating and air. It is generally quiet, but you can hear your neighbors if they are being noisy (e.g. playing the guitar). If I were not moving to a 2-bedroom unit with a roommate next year, I would stay.
