Pros and Cons

I love my apartment and the way that it is set up. The gate did not work for the entirety of my first year long lease. There is additional rent for having a pet while the dog park is horrible and not everyone picks up pet waste. The staff are all super nice and they always host events with free food or food trucks that makes dinner super convenient at times. My particular building struggles since there never seems to be enough parking for the amount of people who live in my building. Overall, I have enjoyed this apartment and its location, but there are definitely things I would improve.

Best Law Student Housing

I’ve lived at Legends at Oak Grove for all 3 years of school, two of which I lived alone and for this last year, living with a roommate from law school. Rent is on the pricier side, but you pay for seclusion and a good living environment. Management is AMAZING, although I am biased, but I had the privilege of working in the office for almost a year. We’ve had several LMU law students live here, and it’s about 12 minutes to campus via highway. It’s a great place to live, worth the money, although I do strongly suggest a top floor apartment for studying purposes, as it is apartment living, and it’s best to eliminate any possible noise distractions for school.

Over-priced

A little pricey for not many utilities included. Beautiful property and very private.
