AQ Overbrook
The building is a little old and it’s about a ten minute drive from campus but I honestly like it a lot. The management company is extremely responsive (got a new fridge within 24 hours when mine broke), the rent is cheaper than in the city for the space (my apartment is a pretty big one bedroom) and they’re pet friendly with lots of good places in the area to walk dogs. There is also plenty of free street parking in the area.

Pretty good
The area is beautiful and quiet, feels safe too. Lots of street parking available. Close to the regional rail line, so a bit of a commute into the city (15 min train ride to Suburban). Not a lot to do in walking distance.
