Older Apartment

It is an older townhome with poor management that leaves some to be desired, but the location is amazing (next to the Arboretum, on WRL) and rent is a decent price. The flooring is all hardwood and the kitchen has been recently updated, which I appreciate. There is no in-unit W/D.

Good Apartment, Management Issues

The apartment and location itself is nice. I live in a 2B/1BA townhome with an updated kitchen and hardwood flooring throughout. However, management ignores concerns of the tenants and fails to maintain the property beyond lawn care 1x/month. However, rent is a good price for the area.

Emerald Isle Apartments

Some nature issues (lots of wildlife) and older building (roaches sometimes) but overall a cute property (updated kitchen, hardwood flooring) with a fabulous location (1 block from White Rock Lake and next door to the Arboretum).
