Good Apartment, Management Issues

The apartment and location itself is nice. I live in a 2B/1BA townhome with an updated kitchen and hardwood flooring throughout. However, management ignores concerns of the tenants and fails to maintain the property beyond lawn care 1x/month. However, rent is a good price for the area.
