Do Not Move here...
1. Front office is terrible. As you see in the other reviews, this property does not care about any of your issues, large or small. This also aligns with the high turnover rates within the office.
2. Shady business practices. This property "force adds" a certain insurance coverage on your lease, and requires you to carry it on your own renters insurance, causing you to pay double premium for the same thing. they do this because in the event of a claim, they will push to use your renters policy and not their force added coverage. It's a shady business practice, and I'll be reporting this to the BBB.
3. Maintenance is non-existent. Ceiling was leaking through the ceiling vent and it took them 4 days to even consider coming out.
