Great Place

The apartment community is small. There is only 20 apartments in the building but this ensures everyone gets quick maintenance. The maintenance man for the building is very helpful and will go out of his way to help.

Great Building

Apartment building is secured by each apartment's personal code to enter the building. The management is very helpful and responsive. They respond to any maintenance requests within 24 hours and if there is an emergency every resident has direct contact with the maintenance man.

The apartment building is located on the edge of the central business district and OTR for great access to bars and restaurants. The bus hub is just 4 blocks away and the free tram bus stop is across the street.
