The price for the location and quality is very good. The service could be better.
We really love Bloomfield and this was a great price for a 2 bedroom with its own parking lot. The area is families and the apartments seem to mostly get a face lift every time someone moves out (fresh paint, carpet, backsplash, etc.). It definitely isn't perfect though; we had a leak that went on for a long time without help from the apartment, and the usual headaches of working with Management companies rather than directly with a landlord.
