Better for Undergraduates

There are mostly undergraduates that live here, and I think that it is better suited towards a younger crowd.

Good place to live

Overall my experience has been great. There were some bumps in the road at the beginning, but once I was settled it was fine. If there is ever an issue they are quick to fix if it relates to the actual living space.
