Great First Year Housing
I've really enjoyed living at 1 Scott's Addition. The rent being all-inclusive allows me not to have to worry about paying separate utility bills, which is a relief while still adjusting to law school and living in Richmond. The property is in a good location, though I wish it was closer to the more historic areas of the city. The management is responsive, and noise is rarely an issue.

Perfect in Scott’s Addition
1 Scott’s Addition is easily the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. No issues with maintenance. The property manager is the most fantastic human being. The community is great and comprised of mostly “young professionals.” There’s a gym and a pool. The units are modern and updated. Walking distance from anything you need (restaurants, night life, grocery stores). Free Street parking is available. Because of the location, parking is better nearby than it is in most other parts of the neighborhood. I rarely have an issue finding a spot (maybe once a month or so I end up having to park a few blocks away). Reserved parking in the lot or garage is also avalible for a monthly fee.
