Overall a great space to live

The apartments are very nice. The community is quiet. The amenities are great. My only complaints are that management/maintenance is slow to respond to requests, they occasionally let repair people park in your parking space without notice, and the floors are not level (they are a little wavy but not bad).

Monogram on Washington

Has rooftop pool and communal area, a gym, dog park, and (pre-covid) social events.

The building is very close to the law school, and it has security. Bit pricey but it is a nice building/unit.
