Great Location
This area is right across the street from the law school making my walk under five minutes. This is a great location for those who do not want to drive. There is a grocery store nearby and a target right down the street so I never have to worry about groceries. Everyone at this complex is friendly and I have had no problems since I have lived here.

Convenient!!!
My spouse and I love living here. The security is very good so it feels very safe, and the population is mostly older folks who own their unit, so it is pretty quiet and great for studying. Also, we personally think we could not beat the price for being downtown in a fairly spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a nice view.
