Mostly undergrads, but quiet place to live
There are mostly undergrads here, but they are super quiet and never hear/ see them for the most part.

Good, but basic student housing
It is a normal price for what you get. It is nothing too modern but it suffices. It is nice having my own bedroom and bathroom. There is ample storage in the kitchen and the living room is spacious. I have a walk in closet as well. They advertise as having a balcony, but it is not private. The pool closes in September for the season as a note. There is plenty of parking. The grounds could be cleaned more frequently than they are and maintenance takes a while to come out, and with some persistence, but I think it's because they were transitioning maintenance teams. The location is awesome! I can walk in 5 minutes and be at the riverwalk and walk to cute shops and restaurants. I feel very safe here. It is a quiet area while being close to everything. Pet-friendly is nice, but no dog area. Gym works but is pretty basic.
