Unique Unit, Great Neighborhood
This 900 square foot, one-bedroom apartment is the perfect size for one person or a couple and is both dog and cat friendly. The upstairs apartment is one of four units in a two-story home that was later converted into apartments. There are four driveway parking spaces that are accessible from the alley. Water and gas are included in the price of rent, and there is a $25 per month pet fee. The upstairs units are accessible through a shared front door on the first floor, which leads to the separate entrances for the two upstairs apartments. The upstairs apartments also share a balcony, and each upstairs unit has its own door to the balcony via the living room. There are original pine wood floors in the living room, carpet in the master bedroom, and vintage tile in the bathroom. The unit also has central AC/heat and comes with a washer and dryer! Added benefits include a large pantry, a coat closet with built in shelves for storage, and a massive split closet in the master bedroom (also with some built in shelves). Walking distance to Dodie's, Terilli's, Halycon, and so much more. Great neighborhood, quiet street, and friendly neighbors!
