Adequate but old building
spacious enough, but share one bathroom with three people. The apartment is old so the windows don’t close. Don’t have control over the heating so it is usually either much too warm or much too cold. Doesn’t come with curtains or air conditioning. One thing that I was quite disappointed by was that the apartment was very dirty when I moved in. No professional cleaning done before arrival.

530 riverside drive - Columbia Residential
The apartment size is great. The windows face other buildings, so unless the curtains are down, there is little privacy. The Columbia service request is very effective. The rental price, although high, is below the average paid by my friends. To furnish the apartment, I highly recommend the Morningside buy and sell Facebook group, as long as you are ok with picking up and having to clean by yourself whatever you buy. The beighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors too (except for a few that slam their doors). The heater makes different noises, but they are not loud and you will get used to it. There is no way to control temperature, though.
