Good apartment
The apartment is well priced for the area (however, my rent is going up to 750 - 775 / month next year.) It also does not come with AC, so you must install it independently. You also do not have control over the heat. The eight tenants share a washer and a dryer that is in the basement and requires quarters; the quarters part is annoying. There is also no overhead lighting for the main room, but there is lots of windows.
Overall, this is my first time living alone and I like the apartment. Additionally, the maintenance team is good at communicating and moving quickly if you have any issues.
